    • Hi Robb – thanks for the note! I have to tell you, your plan works. As we mentioned in the podcast, my brother Ken went from a high of 380 pounds to 190 pounds by following the paleo approach that you advise. Now I’m the short one AND the fat one. So thanks for that. 🙂
